As previously mentioned, Whitaker Park was sold last year for redevelopment. In the last seven days, demolition has started with houses on Guilford Circle, the upper part of Wayne Drive and along Pine Drive getting knocked down by backhoes.

Robin and I took some photos of the detritus that I'll post later.

Is 409 gone on guilford? Loved that place.

I'll try to take a look tonight. If not, a lot of what isn't down on Guilford seems to be empty a few of the bldgs seem to be without electric meters and therefore, I'm guessing, tenants.
